It is mandatory to create a 360 degree unboxing video, before opening the parcel till the end. Without the proper unboxing video, invoice copy, pasted on the outer box and picture of products you’ve received, No Claims could be processed further.

No Return or Replacement is applicable in the following cases:

  • If the products delivered to you, are same as mentioned in the original order placed by you.
  • Opened/ used/ Altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons/labels, etc.) is missing.
  • All our products are non-returnable beauty category due to hygiene/health and personal care/wellness/consumable nature of the product.
  • No return or exchange is provided, if the products delivered to you, are same as mentioned in the original order placed by you.
  • Replacement Request of the product will be accepted only if you’ve received an item(s) that is different from the item(s) you have ordered with us.
  • Return or Replacement of the product will not be accepted if it doesn’t suits you. Hence, we strongly recommend a patch test .
  • Our shipments go through rigorous Quality Checks before we dispatch. Hence, we assure rejoicing customer experience.
  • Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable. Exchange of product due to the reasons that cannot be backed by proof of quality issues with the product is not applicable.

Product received is Damaged /in mutilated condition or Wrong Item Delivered

Step 1 – Raise a replacement request, if any damaged/defective or wrong product is received, as per the order placed by you, we request you to kindly contact our customer service on our official number @ Call/ WhatsApp +91-98217 77821  within  24 hours from the date of delivery or Email at customercare@thefacewashcompany.com or on WhatsApp at 9821777821  along with images / video of the product received.

Step 2 – Allow us 2 working days to review your replacement request.

Step 3 – On reviewing your replacement request, we will send our courier partner to collect the wrong product delivered to you.

Step 4 – As soon as the wrong product is picked up from your location & reaches us, we will ship your replacement product (as per the stock availability or else refund will be initiated).

REFUND POLICY

In case of any Missing / Wrong / Manufacturing Defect Concerns 

  1. Though we do not have refund policy, kindly get in touch with our customer support team to assist you.
  2. In case your order has been cancelled due to some reason; the refund will be processed to the source account of payment. It may take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  3. In case your order is Returned to our Office, due to any reason(wrong address, your unavailability etc.), we will resend the same, no refund will be issued against it under any circumstances.
  4. In case wrong product (s) are delivered. It will be exchanged with original products as per the order, no refund will be issued.
  5. In case your order is marked as LOST by our logistic partner, we will resend the same, no refund will be issued against it.
  6. We, at TFWC, reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice under genuine case scenarios. In case of Prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours and credited amount will reflect in source account of payment within 5-7 working days. Kindly contact our customer care for re-shipping.
